Shelly Heimann, MSPTPhysical Therapist
Shelly graduated from Mankato State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1988, and received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis in 1990. Her specialties include geriatric and orthopedic rehab. She provides therapy to nursing home residents and home health patients. She joined Azer Rehab Systems, P.C. in 1997.
