Jon Schultz, ATCAthletic Trainer Certified
Jon graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training in 1992. He has been practicing in the area as a Certified Athletic Trainer for the past 16 years. Since 1996, Jon has been the head Athletic Trainer for Azer Clinic. His clinical duties consist of sports medicine and industrial rehabilitation. In addition to his clinical duties he works with area high schools and colleges providing athletic trainer services for game and school coverage. He is a Certified Work Capacity Evaluator, and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association.
