Heather Wright, P.T.A.Physical Therapy Assistant
Heather graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences from the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Black Hawk College in Moline, IL. She provides outpatient care at Azer III, as well as therapy services for area contracted long-tem care facilities. Heather has been with Azer Clinic since August, 2006.
