Work Hardening We work closely with the client, his physician, employer, case manager and the rehabilitation nurse to provide a progressive and individualized program which includes work simulation and task appropriate functional training based on industry standards. We conduct constant monitoring, periodic re-evaluation and computerized testing to determine progress, compare functional levels to job requirements, and monitor the client's compliance with the goal of improving their abilities and returning them to work.
