Our clinicians have undergone extensive training in the evaluation and treatment of bladder control problems. Physical therapy interventions have proved to be effective with/without the use of medications and before/after surgical repair. Diagnoses treated include urge, stress, and mixed incontinence, often seen during pregnancy, after childbirth, after menopause, or following prostatectomy surgery. We also treat the pediatric population, such as in the treatment of daytime leaking or nocturnal enuresis (bedwetting). Emphasis is placed on pelvic floor strengthening, diet and fluid modifications, and voiding schedules. Our clinic has state-of-the-art computerized biofeedback equipment to expedite the rehabilitation process.
